It happens when the modem is calling, and the connection window was called by another program (IExplorer, for example). The only way to solve it is by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Supr. Windows version: 98 first edition, with all patches from Windows Update. Software running: Kaspersky Antivirus Personal Pro 4.0 Winroute Pro 4.1.26
