Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:82.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/82.0
Steps to reproduce:
I have two user certificates stored in Firefox. When I access a page that requires a certificate the browser remembers the choice. If I close the browser and access the page, it enters the page without asking the certificate I want to use. I have checked the 'asking always for a certificate' choice when the page requires a certificate.
I am using firefox 82 from the ubuntu repositories.
Actual results:
I have to remove the cookies in order to use the other certificate.
Expected results:
The browser should always ask for a certificate.

Assigning "Core : Security" component. Not sure if this is the accurate component but it could be a good starting point.

As of bug 634697, Firefox remembers this decision across sessions. You can remove remembered decisions by going to about:preferences, searching for "certificates", clicking "View Certificates", and going to the "Authentication Decisions" tab.
