We have encountered some performance alerts on mozilla-beta, that have no bugs for the data points that caused them. Please find the alert summaries in the comments.
This is just a tracking bug to make sure nothing works unexpected.

The meta keyword is there, the bug doesn't depend on other bugs and there is no activity for 12 months.
