mysqli::poll(): unable to select [4]: Interrupted system call (max_fd=25)

As per the log above, 4 patches got submitted and 2 did not. My local branch doesn't have phabricator revision identifiers on any of the commits so I might have to clobber the submitted revisions and resubmit or something.

This also resulted D96197, which was the one that got interrupted, not having "proper author information" and showing up as "blocked" in Lando.

This error message is from the Phabricator server; I suspect this is transient fallout from a Very High Load event which occurred at around the same time as your submission.

Rather than closing as WFM, morphing bug slightly to make it clearer when an error message is server-side. Something like:

Error while communicating with Phabricator - the server responded with:
mysqli::poll(): unable to select [4]: Interrupted system call (max_fd=25)
