In bug 1458653, I picked the value 65 for apz.fling_accel_max_pause_interval_ms. Chrome uses 50 for the same metric. Initially I thought that 65 for some reason felt better, and for some reason more Chrome-like.
But now that I've played with the new behavior some more in Fenix, it feels like it's too easy to trigger fling acceleration with a series of leisurely flings - easier than in Chrome.
It's probably best to just match Chrome's value, and set it to 50.
