Recently, a patch landed which broke some stuff but could have been easily prevented. We should look into getting our review group triggered when raptor*.yml, browsertime*.yml, and our transform file gets changed so we can prevent this from happening.

Create a task for taskcluster

We should automatically get this when we have bug 1615289 completed. This is because the changes there will force people who make changes to raptor tasks to also re-run perfdocs on it, this will have the welcome side-effect of adding the perftest group as a reviewer for those docs or for those task changes.
