For Tor Browser based on Fenix we need to be able to set the right originAttributes.firstPartyDomain
for GeckoView
fetches from Android, so that we can do proper circuit isolation for these requests (https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/applications/tor-browser/-/issues/40171).
