Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:82.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/82.0
Steps to reproduce:
While logged into my financial institution's website I submitted a request to transfer funds from an account to another account (or a registered payee). (This is using my desktop PC - Win 8.1)
Actual results:
When I click on the "confirm" button on the screen that displays the details of the transaction I want to make, the next screen is blank.
Expected results:
The next screen should display the confirmation number, date and time for the transaction just submitted. (Note: if I use the "back" arrow and go back to the previous screen and click on "confirm" again the transaction will be processed a second time and the funds will be taken from my account again and credited to wherever I specified. This problem does not happen when I use Internet Explorer. My financial institution recently updated a "new look" to their Account Summary page and that is when this problem started.) I am also reporting this error to my financial institution concurrently. Note also - I am unable to provide screen shots as that would reveal details about my financial information.

I wanted to ask you to try to reproduce the issue on a fresh profile in order to eliminate the possibility if you have a corrupt profile or problematic add-ons, but it might process your transaction again and you don't want that.
I'll assign "Core: DOM: Core & HTML" component.
Attention Hani - I just got off the phone with a Bank employee in their call centre who walked me through the clearing of my Firefox cache and history, then re-tried a transaction and this time the confirmation screen worked. Therefore I would like you to close this "ticket" (problem) and not put any more time on it as it appears to be resolved. Thank you for looking into it.
