Talking with UX we found 3 issues with the current unblock UI that we should fix:
- We should not skip the Download Prompt (the open/save dialogue)
- The choice the used made here should be reflected in the unblock UI, thus offering "allow download -> save" or "allow download -> open"
- The Download Door-hanger should automatically pop open in case a block happened, as the indicator is easy to oversee.
