Two requests:
hg.mo/releases/comm-moz-esr68 - This repository was created for Thunderbird devs as a way to work around the level-4 security changes that happened about a year ago. However it was never used as evidenced by the empty push log. Please retire/delete it as you see appropriate as it was never relevant and will never be used.
hg.mo/releases/comm-release - Neither Thunderbird nor Seamonkey have used this repository (aside from esr repo creation) in a few years. It's been regularly updated on merge day, but that will no longer be the case starting with the merges on 2020-Nov-15.
As there is historical data in here relevant to both Thunderbird and Seamonkey, we'd like to set this one Read-Only, and somehow label it as such. If there's a graveyard where it could be moved that would work as well. The Seamonkey developers have asked that it remain available on hg.mo.
These changes have been brought up on the maildev list with no objections. Please contact me with any questions.

hg.mo/releases/comm-moz-esr68
is removed.
hg.mo/releases/comm-release
is set to read-only. Pushing to the repo will fail but pulling and cloning the repo is still possible.

Since this repo was removed, attempting to load https://hg.mozilla.org/releases
fails since the repo is missing.
