Steps to reproduce:

When watching a youtube video, open the settings menu and click on the menu item that's in front of the picture-in-picture button.

Actual results:

The video goes to picture-in-picture mode, and the menu item you tried to click wasn't selected.

Expected results:

The menu should get priority over the p-i-p button which is "behind" it.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
