remove Get Started bookmark for new user profile in bookmark toolbar.

Reason: Adding Import bookmarks button as primary call to action in the bookmarks toolbar for new profiles to see impact on user engagement/activation and retention.

The affected bookmark will now be added to the Firefox folder within the Bookmarks Menu regardless.
