167731 - Remembering passwords inconsistent

My bank uses Ultra.Access (Version 15.11) by Ultra Data Corporation.  Opening
screen has Member Number and Password, which Mozilla 1.1 remembers and enters. 
However one level down, it will not remember the password.  (You are asked to
enter password again to open your statement for instance.)    Also in Yahoo
Mail, Mozilla will not remember my Password.  Can Mozillla be 'forced' to remember?

Yahoo explicitly tells mozilla not to remember the password.  Your bank likely
does as well.  If we allowed "forcing" (which we did, once) all banks would
immediately start blocking mozilla (which they did until we removed that).
