At the moment the linkToolbar has rdf:types set on its various menus / menu items.
As far as I can tell removing these does not seem to have any impact on the operation of the linkToolbar, so let's try it.

Second pair of eyes. Have to enable through View -> Show/Hide -> Website Navigation Bar

Didn't find a problem either. Compared operations with 2.49.5 and saw no difference.
