The master password box, while blank, is functional. I can create a new tab and load a web page. The new tab has a white background, but when I load a page the body becomes transparent, flashes white, and then becomes transparent.
I can move and resize the window, and see the position from the shadow around it.

- Linux (openSUSE Tumbleweed), Intel GFX, WebRender turned on
FWIW. that's my report.
On openSUSE Tumbleweed with NVidia GFX (proprietary drivers), WebRender also turned on, the current Nightly works fine. So this could be specific to Intel GFX, or maybe to the completely free software stack as opposed to the proprietary NVidia drivers.

Natalia, can we back out bug 1640960 please? I'll look at it more before re-landing, to avoid causing this issue.

I'm using Build ID 20201117094406 and not having a problem on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. No Intel GPU on this system.
Using nouveau here.
