The tooltip for a commit can lose the bug summary, even after it showed it before.

What reproduced it relatively easily:

1. Load TH with several older commits, e.g. https://treeherder.mozilla.org/jobs?repo=autoland&filter-resultStatus=testfailed&filter-resultStatus=busted&filter-resultStatus=exception&tochange=8dbba1ce63e803c5a14bd92ce8f49541760a46f6&fromchange=e3f87c81e43ec66adab90e8d89b5928607e124eb
2. Move the mouse over a commit which is not at the top.
3. Click the bug link with the middle mouse button/the mousewheel.
4. Go to the new tab.
5. Switch back.

Tooltip either still shown but without bug summary or when shown again. The tooltips for the other commits are also affected. Reloading the page fixes the issue.
