Affected versions

  • Firefox 84.0b2 (BuildId:20201117192430)
  • Firefox 85.0a1 (BuildId:20201118215158)

Affected platforms

  • Windows 10 64bit

Unaffected platforms

  • macOS 10.13
  • Ubuntu 20.04 64bit

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Firefox.
  2. Access the following link
  3. Hit Ctrl + P in order to open the print preview.
  4. Change the orientation to “Landscape”
  5. Fastly change between the available Destinations options using up & down keyboard buttons.
  6. Click the Print/Save button for an affected destination (for the one that the print preview displays in Portrait mode even though the “Landscape” option is active).

Expected result

  • The print preview displays the webpage in landscape mode for all selected destinations.

Actual result

  • For some destinations, the print preview is displayed in Portrait mode even though the Landscape option is active.
  • After clicking the Print/Save button for an affected destination the System dialog opens. Closing the system dialog returns to the new print modal which has several options disabled.

Regression Range

  • This seems to be a regression:
  • Pushlog
