167839 - Location Bar should treat / and more as string token delimeters (like IE)

Hopefully i will be able to think up a clearer summar later

take the following location for example
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Browser
a simple text box treats it as one string
a smart text box treats the / and possibly the ? and the . as delimeters

so the prefferred behaviour would be that ctrl arrow would jump to the next
delimeter such rather than to the start or end of the string.  
if i want to jump from one end of the string, i can use the Home and End keys   

leaving as unconfirmed for now, i could not find anything similar but i would be
suprised if there was not already a request for this.
