Kevin -- this appears to be a resize/paint bug. Viewsource code is done (and
gone) by the time this behavior takes place.

Tried with mozilla 11/09/99 WIN98 build and it works fine for me. I am able to
do a view source on http://slashdot.org/ and scroll the document.
Also tried with 11/09/99 WINNT build.
Marking worksforme
Though the View Source functionality today (1999122308) produces interesting
bitwaste art, this bug no longer troubles.
