Details
The change to Cmd+[ for Back and Cmd+] for Forward breaks mouse button
navigation. I have a Microsoft Optical with navigation buttons that send
Cmd+Left Button and Cmd+Right Button for Back and Forward, respectively. Perhaps
I should report to Microsoft an enhancement request to be able to change what
the button events send, but perhaps also Chimera can have a Preference that
allows these shortcuts to be editable.

Hmm, I meant to say that the mouse buttons send Cmd+Left Arrow and Cmd+Right
Arrow. Hope that was obvious. Also, I of course mean this is the case for
version 0.5.

If you mean, is the mouse configurable, in this case, the MS Optical mouse, it's
not. If you mean Chimera, it is, as I learned today, through the 'defaults'
command in Terminal:
defaults write org.mozilla.navigator NSUserKeyEquivalents '{"Back" =
"@\UF702"; "Forward" = "@\UF703";}'
That seems to work for me. I guess that settles it, except for the lack of an
option in the GUI preferences.
I don't have the optical mouse, but it would certainly be nice to have the Back
and Forward menu shortcuts configurable. Having to remember a different
keystroke combination for just one browser is irksome.
