Steps to reproduce:
Open up http://www.reddit.com (Attached is of Ocado.com site but that is occasionally password-protected/queue limited)
Scroll around
Used mozregression to narrow this down to https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D84553
Actual results:
Screen glitchy (See attached screenshot from ocado.com). Images are replaced with weird data and text is garbled
Expected results:
No graphical glitches
