1678475 - Support Darwin OS and WEBRENDER on gfx blocks

For bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1563332 we need some updates to the Kinto blocklist setup for graphics blocks.

We need the following OS strings to be supported: “Darwin 16”, “Darwin 17", “Darwin 18”, “Darwin 19", “Darwin 20”.

And we need this feature string to be supported: "WEBRENDER".

I filed https://github.com/mozilla-services/remote-settings-permissions/pull/186 to fix this. This will go to production once it is reviewed.

At first, I found this bug report rather hard to understand. I've got no idea what "graphics blocks" are, and the bug you linked in the comment seems unrelated. I updated the schema of the blocklists/addons-bloomfilters collection – I hope this is what you meant. :)

Yes, sorry, I entered the wrong dependency and then fixed it but didn't update the comment. This is unrelated to bloom filters but the fix looks good. Thanks!
