With watersheds and a couple of ESR in the middle, we can now remove any migration from before Firefox 60.

Why were the older versions removed? I noticed Firefox v85 doesn't accept my copied SeaMonkey (User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0 SeaMonkey/2.53.6)'s place.sqlite file anymore.

You can find old Firefox releases here https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/ and do the migrations in step, or just install and old version that accepts your file, then let it auto update.
The migration from old versions is periodically removed because it adds weight and code complication that we don't want to bring on forever.
