I have verified this enhancement using the JSON provided by Emily and I can confirm the following:
- a help text is displayed under the "Start Setup" button from the first slide
- a help text is displayed under the "step indicators" from the second slide
- a help text is displayed under the "Not now" hyperlink from the third slide
Verified using the latest Firefox Nightly (86.0a1 Build ID - 20210118094603) installed on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.15.7, and Linux Mint 20 x64.
