Reproducible: always

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start Firefox rtl build such as [he] localized build
2. Open Sidebar or Library
3. Expand tree (There are a lot of bookmarks/folders so that vertical scrollbar will appear)

Actual results:
Tree twisty is pushed off the screen and becomes invisible

Expected Results:
Tree twisty should be always visible

Additional info:
Tested on Windows10 Japanese language version

I just downloaded the latest Hebrew Nightly and wasn't able to reproduce on Windows 10. I also tried with intl.l10n.pseudo as bidi and couldn't reproduce.

Alice, does this happen with a clean profile? Is it still happening for you?

Yes, it is clean profile with many bookmarks under sub folder. I can still reproduce on Nightly85(20201207093731).

This seems to affect all XUL trees, the sidebar, the full Library dialog, the search engines listed in preferences, etc.
