Today, I got newer MacBook Air, then when I set up this, I found that some Japanese sites uses Chinese font even if default locale is ja-JP.
When I look font prefs, there is no Hiragino Sans. Hiragino Kaku Gothic ProN is deprecated font and this is removed from Catalina new setup.
pref("font.name-list.sans-serif.ja", "Hiragino Kaku Gothic ProN, Hiragino Kaku Gothic Pro");

From macOS Catalina, Hiragino Kaku Gothic ProN and etc aren't instaleld with
clean install. And default sans-serif font for Japanese is Hiragino Sans.
