RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 1328269

Details

This bug hasn't been fixed since Firefox 50, it affects Firefox 83 as well.
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1328269 +++

Steps to reproduce:

Select 'Full Screen' from Firefox menu (3 stripes).

Actual results:

All of the Ff controls and OS controls disappeared, only web content remained. Right-click menu on web content is of no help. No way to control Ff, access OS, or exit 'Full Screen' mode.

Expected results:

A sensible way to control Ff, access OS and/or exit 'Full Screen' should have remained. I think a gesture, swiping from the top of the screen to show the tab bar and the controls (like hovering a mouse to the top edge of the screen) would work (It does work this way on Microsoft Edge on Windows 10).

Please don't intentionally create duplicate bugs.

I think you don't understand. The original bug was for Firefox 50 specifically, not Firefox in general, so this bug is actually more appropriate.

New bugs aren't created for each version that they affect. Unless a bug is fixed (and closed), it is assumed that a bug in 50 will persist in future versions.
