I noticed that sometimes when I restore Firefox from a minimized state, the window does not paint correctly at first. This only happens with WebRender enabled.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have WebRender enabled
  2. Minimize Firefox
  3. Restore Firefox by clicking on the taskbar icon
  4. Repeat 2-3 until issue reproduces
