Issue
I noticed that sometimes when I restore Firefox from a minimized state, the window does not paint correctly at first. This only happens with WebRender enabled.
Steps to reproduce:
- Have WebRender enabled
- Minimize Firefox
- Restore Firefox by clicking on the taskbar icon
- Repeat 2-3 until issue reproduces

This occurs when the shell restores the window using ShowWindow instead of sending a WM_SYSCOMMAND message.
