Steps to reproduce:
After performing a search in the Machinery tab it is not easy to get back to the original state.
Actual results:
Currently you have to empty the search field and then press enter. This is not intuitive.
Expected results:
As per the specifications for the improvements to concordance search:
When a search is started the icon should change from the search icon to a close (x) icon. Clicking the close icon will then reset the original state of the search tab.
