-Go to the above Url (it is a russian page); -see the contents are displyed correctly but the caption of the window doesn't display cyrillic, you see dots (same is true for the Address Book card caption, well all captions i guess)

I think this is related to bug 2426 that danm is working on. danm got a patch from the net for this already.
