Scroll down slowly (to force loading everything) and search for 'Lisää maa: '
The width of the popup seems to vary, occasionally it is the same as the width of <select>, occasionally narrower. And scrollbar isn't always visible in the popup.
This issue seems to happen when wayland is used. xwayland looks fine.

I can pretty easily reproduce this here on Bugzilla, using the "Request information from [other]" select field at the bottom.
When the drop-down is opened but needs to be repositioned because it hits the screen edge, it flickers on opening (this also seem to affect all other popups). Once hovered, its background, with exception of the hovered item, shrinks to the minimum size.
Firefox Nightly, GNOME 40.1, Wayland.

Can you please test latest nightly under Wayland? A new popup handling code landed there.
Thanks.

Please re-test with new nightly as it gets another popup fixes.
Thanks.
