This issue is verified fixed using Firefox 85.0b5 (BuildId:20210105185604) and Firefox 78.7.0esr (provided in comment 6) on Windows 10 64bit, macOS 10.14 & Ubuntu 20.04.

The "Save Link As" is successfully disabled for blocked websites.
