Until the Remote Agent is Fission compatible (bug 1600054) we will have to force disabling Fission. Reason is that Fission gets partially enabled for Nightly users now, and this will break the Remote Agent's functionality.

The preference to disable Fission is fission.autostart
and it has to be set to disabled. Actually this needs to happen before Firefox starts, so the client itself needs to do that. I will provide a patch for Puppeteer on its Github repository.
For the Webdriver opt-in that pref needs to be set by Selenium whenever the moz:debuggerAddress
gets requested. David, can you take care of that?

Actually for Webdriver we should better use geckodriver to force set this preference.
