Details

Now that we've had the calendar scopes enabled for the Thunderbird Google client, we can use them for new CalDAV calendars. We could either switch existing calendars to use the TB client or leave the Lightning client code around for existing calendars. I think we should do the latter as it would avoid users having to re-authorise and it would help us avoid rate limit problems, at least initially.
