Currently Pontoon is using 7.5.1. Notably, it means that we're missing warnings on plural strings for a few languages, one of which is quite active (and makes errors).

There's also a Fluent Syntax update in the range (0.17.0 to 0.18.0), so not sure if it requires more work than just bumping the version number.
