168078 - "Delete Messages On Server When They Are Deleted Locally" doesn't always work

I have the option checked for Mailzilla to leave my messages stored on the
server, but to delete them when I delete them locally.  However, when actually
checking my mailbox from the server directly, quite obviously the program is
failing to delete many of the messages that I have deleted from my inbox.  Most
of them do get deleted from the server, but not all of them.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check Your Email
2. Delete the messages locally
3. Check Email using another program later

Actual Results:  
Some of the messages that should have been deleted from the server are still there.

Expected Results:  
It should have deleted them
