If you right-click a video and click to "Save Video As", file saving dialog is suggesting randomNumber.mp4 (or other video extension).

Open the link in its own tab. If you use File > Save Page As (Ctrl+S), it's OK (it suggests "CelebratedSecondaryHydatidtapeworm.webm"). But if you right-click -> Save Video As", the name suggested is "36.webm".

This is also reproducible with embedded videos.

Images are not affected.
