User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:83.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/83.0

Steps to reproduce:

I logged-into my verizon.com Residential account for my landline phone .

Actual results:

It REPEATEDLY refreshed the webpage , and wouldn't proceed .

Expected results:

I SHOULD have gotten one load of the webpage, and be allowed to continue .
Switching to the Safari browser, solved my problem .

Does the problem still happen if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? (Safe Mode disables add-ons, extensions and themes, hardware acceleration and some JavaScript stuff in order to exclude some possible reasons for problems.) Starting Firefox in Safe Mode, logging-into-Verizon.com , posed no issue -- I THEN quit Firefox, and re-started Firefox, in regular-mode, and logged-into-Verizon.com, and the problem seems to have been solved .
