Steps to reproduce:
Download mozregression DMG, drag to Applications folder. Make the trip to System Preferences to launch unsigned app.
Double-click on the app icon to launch it.
Actual results:
The mozregression GUI appears and is usable.
Expected results:
The mozregression GUI never appears.
The corresponding process consumes 100% of a CPU core and is marked by the system as "Not Responding".
The only remaining action is to force quit from the Dock.
