User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:83.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/83.0
Steps to reproduce:
Firefox creates individual accounts for subdomains which use same user account, although it's treated as different accounts. Example: Wikipedia.
Actual results:
Firefox treats same "name" user account as different for all Wikipedia domains:
https://en.wikipedia.org/
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/
https://de.wikipedia.org/
https://de.m.wikipedia.org/
So if I change my Wikipedia password, I have to change it as many times as subdomains are saved to password manager.
Expected results:
Changing to one of them should change to all of them, like Google Chrome does.

Ok does it apply automatically or do I have to report too to github the issue?

If you delete all but one then you will get behaviour similar to what you want except it will only autofill without user interaction on that one site, it will only autocomplete on the others. Bug 1120684 is the general solution for this.
