Deployed documentation source is served without an encoding, so Firefox chooses Window-1252 erroneously

  1. Open https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/l10n/fluent/review.html
  2. Click on "View Page Source" at the top.
  3. Notice how the "nice" quotes like ’ or ʼ (not sure which one it is here) are displayed like this: ’

The reason is that Firefox chose the encoding Windows-1252 because no encoding was specified in the header or the file has no BOM.

I'd suggest to set the file attribute with the right encoding when pushing it to S3.

Setting charset to utf-8 seems a safer bet than the default latin1 these
days.
