gecko-fuzz-targets depends on an old version of rkv, which is not going to get any updates, and many other things in the codebase use a newer version of rkv. It makes little sense to have two version of rkv vendored.

I'm not sure what tasks to run for this change so I just try auto

Actually, it does make sense to have two versions. In principle this was meant to test LMDB, not SafeMode, which is why the old version was used.
However because we don't rely on LMDB anymore, and nothing actionable was uncovered so far, it makes sense to repurpose these tests.
