A couple of issues with pinned comments.

In the sidebar, pinned comments are displayed chronologically, and they look like any other comment (minus for the tiny pin). They should probably displayed at the top, and be more distinguishable from standard comments.

Comment is displayed in the resources area, but it's below all other comment. It should likely be displayed above, so that it's visible without scrolling.
