The usual. Add news download section and release notes.

New
Greek l10n (el)
Latest ESR 78 sec updates (up to 12/15 78.6 currently)
Maybe mention compiler and rust switches for offical version.
Further kill-rdf work

Dev:
rust up to 1.48 support (maybe 1.49)
Switch to mozilla as topsrcdir and component is comm/suite now

Sorry for being late. Didn't expect the release today.

Looks all good.

For 2.53.7 I would change a few items like the no longer "new x64 releases" and maybe state the system requirements either on the download page or release notes. Please remind me or yourself :)
