Details

Currently the only tool available for generating AVIF files with premultiplied alpha creates files which are slightly out of spec, and thus fail at the parsing stage. Support for AVIF images with alpha (either premultiplied or not) will likely land before this is fixed, but once the tool is fixed we should add a test to cover the premultiplied case.

Switching this to block 1443863 rather than 1654462 since the latter is closed, making this bug harder to discover.
