This job has only succeeded a few times and was mostly failing. We haven't attempted to restore this and make it work, since most of the development (upstream) happens on github for this component. So the failures are expected.
We could disable/remove the job for now, if it's a problem, but we want it to be available later.

All github sync tasks ran despite the rules of files changed not matching for some tasks. They didn't run for the next merge. Probably they ran because the file with the task definition got modified.
