Steps to reproduce:
Draw many strokes until the line will appear on art sites.
Example sites.
https://www.queeky.com/speedpaint
http://www.oekaki.nl/paintchat.html
dom.w3c pointer events.dispatch_by_pointer messages has to be turned on the following sites.
Maybe this only happens on surface pro devices, friend with the same device has the same issue.
Does not happen with chrome.
Actual results:
Random line from the pen towards the point will be drawn.
Expected results:
The line should not happen.

Hi,
I wasn't able to reproduce the bug since I don't have a surface pro device and without it, I haven't been able to reproduce it. But since your friend has the same issue, I've chosen a component for this bug in hope that someone with more expertise may look at it. We'll wait for their answer. If you consider that there's another component that's more proper for this case you may change it.

The line where it's drawn to is the current mouse input coordinates. It's similar to moving your mouse while drawing at the same time or using the touchscreen. Maybe a solution would be to ignore the mouse cursor coordinates when using the pen.

I have the same problem with a Wacom Tablet attached
My configuration:
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
OS Version: 10.0.19043 N/A Build 19043
Firefox Version 86.0.1
I have a Wacom One connected (it has a display) where I draw.
When I draw on Firefox, random lines appear. On Edge I can write as expected. Here some videos:

Rewatching the screencast I just posted. It seems that sometimes, when you lift your pen, and then you go back writing, for an instant, Firefox register the "write" action on the cursor position (i.e. where the mouse pointer is once you start drawing).
In facts the random lines are all pointing to a singe point that's where you left your mouse pointer when you started drawing.
I have a cintiq 22 and it's happening there as well. I'm suprised no one has looked at it yet by now or able to reproduce it. disabling your mouse or not using one at all doesn't prevent it from happening.
