Details

If you run AWSY via mach, then there's code in testing/awsy/mach_commands.py that will download tp5. It does this even if you aren't testing with the tp5 pageset.

If I'm reading this right, then we always download tp5 when running AWSY in automation, via populate_webroot in testing/mozharness/scripts/awsy_script.py
