- Open a few tabs
- Open about:performance
- Sort by Energy Impact
- Switch between the open tabs, and go back to the about:performance tab
- Wait a bit and see that the sorting doesn't update the list in real time

The sort order doesn't move for 5s after the mouse has been moved, to ensure we don't change the order under the user's mouse cursor. This is to make it easier to read the table, but also to ensure clicking the icon to kill a process doesn't kill a random process instead of the process the user intended to kill.
