Steps to reproduce:
Open Developer Tools
Open Network Panel
Enter various addresses in the browser address bar after 1-3 seconds before without allowing the site to finish loading content.
Actual results:
Developer Tools reports Network Panel has crashed with the following error:
IndexSizeError: Index or size is negative or greater than the allowed amount
Expected results:
No crash
